This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected and processed by us through our “Services” which includes: our RunX Ring devices (“Devices”), Application (“App”), websites, software, APIs, emails, newsletters and our services.
We collect information from and about users of our App:

- Automatically when you use the App.
By clicking “Agree” in the "Personal Information Protection Guidelines" when installing our App, you give consent to our processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable laws, and you give consent to and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

The App is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. This also includes messages about products or services and device-recorded information, which may vary based on your device.

These small data files on your devices enable us and our partners to record certain information whenever you interact with our Services. Typically, RunX Ring gathers personal data directly from you, such as during account registration or when using your ring to collect measurement data via RunX's tracking features. We may also handle data derived from the information you provide. RunX Ring processes the following personal data categories for device and application users:

- User details such as gender, height, weight, User ID, and other personal or account information you provide.
- Device data including IP address and location information.
- User context data such as notes and tags.
- Measurement data like heart rate, movement, and temperature.
- Calculated data on user, sleep, health, and activity, including sleep phases (deep, light, REM, awake), daily activity levels, readiness level, and body mass index (calculated from height and weight).
Note that some personal data we process, including health-related data, is considered special or sensitive. Such data is processed only with your consent, as required by law. If you use RunX Ring's location-based services, like GPS-based activity tracking, we may process your device's approximate or precise location while the service is active. This data can be obtained via your device's network ID, GPS, and/or Wi-Fi data. We do not process location data without your consent, and you can disable location processing anytime through your device's settings.
Additionally, with your opt-in consent, you may share limited personal information, such as sleep and readiness scores, with selected RunX Ring users. You can adjust what data you share or opt-out of sharing entirely. Depending on your service usage, you may also interact with other users' information and scores. Always maintain a respectful and supportive environment when engaging with other users.
